​3C Business Group is a real estate investment and holding company based in Central Texas. As a holding company, our primary focus is not on producing goods or services but rather on owning and controlling one or more subsidiary companies. The primary purpose of our holding company is to effectively manage our subsidiaries by exerting control over their strategic direction, financial management, and overall operations. The name 3C Business Group reflects the founding members of the company, namely my wife, my daughter, and myself, Cameron. We are committed to growing and expanding our real estate investments while maintaining strong oversight of our subsidiaries to ensure their success.

​We invest in real estate and hold it under the name of our company, which serves as an umbrella for our future ventures. Our focus is solely on real estate investment, and our intention is to establish new limited liability companies (LLCs) under the umbrella of 3C Business Group. As a real estate investment and holding company, 3C Business Group will serve as a parent company for all of our future business endeavors. By having a central holding company for our future businesses, we can benefit from economies of scale, streamline administrative functions, and create a unified brand for our various ventures. This approach allows us to focus on our core competency of real estate investment while simultaneously expanding our business portfolio through new LLCs under the 3C Business Group umbrella
